2. Website Usage

Our website is designed to provide information about our printing and packaging capabilities, facilitate quotation requests, and enable order communication. You agree to use the website lawfully and refrain from transmitting harmful code, unauthorized scraping, or disrupting website operations.

3. Product Specifications & Availability

We make every effort to display product specifications, dimensions, paper substrates, and box styles accurately. Because manufacturing involves physical materials (corrugated board, craft paper, specialty stocks, inks, coatings), minor variations in paper texture, weight grammage (+/- standard commercial tolerance), and finish may occur.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Orders

• Quotations: Written price estimates and quotations are valid for the timeframe stated on the quote or 15 days, unless raw material costs fluctuate significantly.
• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once artwork/proof approval is provided and agreed initial payment or purchase order is received.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (such as GST) and shipping costs are itemized clearly on official invoices.

5. Customized & Printed Orders (Proof Approval)

For customized packaging and printing jobs:

• Client Sign-Off: Production commences only after digital proof approval or written sign-off from the customer.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for verifying text, layouts, phone numbers, barcodes, dimensions, and bleed margins prior to approval.
• Color Reproduction: Colors viewed on computer or phone displays (RGB) will vary slightly from actual offset/digital/flexo ink printed results (CMYK/Pantone).

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your quotation or commercial agreement. For custom manufacturing orders, an advance deposit is standard before prepress/production begins, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch unless approved corporate credit terms apply.

7. Shipping & Transit

Orders are dispatched via trusted transport and courier logistics networks. Delivery timelines are approximate (typically ~3 working days locally, ~7 working days for metros, ~15+ working days for outer locations) and may vary based on production schedules, courier conditions, or unforeseen events. 8. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Because customized products are manufactured to unique customer specifications, they cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except in cases of validated manufacturing defects, transit damage, or material deviation from approved proofs. 9. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights

Customers retain ownership of their proprietary logos, trademarks, and artwork files. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights or authorization to reproduce such materials, and you agree to indemnify Resol Enterprises against any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resol Enterprises’ total liability arising out of any order or service shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses or delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.

11. Modifications to Terms
