By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting a quotation, submitting digital artwork, or placing a custom printing order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

Resol Enterprises is a specialized commercial enterprise engaged in business-to-business (B2B) printing, customized printing, packaging manufacturing, corporate merchandise, and customized print fulfillment. All transactions are conducted on a business-to-business basis.

3. Website Use

Access to https://resol360.com is granted for legitimate commercial evaluation, catalog browsing, quotation generation, artwork submission, account management, and order placement. You agree not to disrupt, hack, overload, reverse engineer, or unlawfully utilize any aspect of the website or associated server infrastructure.

4. Customer Accounts

To access certain corporate ordering features, custom pricing tiers, or order history tools, you may be required to register a business customer account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, restricting unauthorized access, and immediately notifying Resol Enterprises of any suspected security breaches.

5. Customer Information

Customers warrant that all business profile details, tax registration numbers (GSTIN), billing addresses, delivery coordinates, contact names, and communication details provided to Resol Enterprises are accurate, complete, and updated promptly. Resol Enterprises is not responsible for shipment delays, failed deliveries, or tax invoicing errors arising from incorrect customer information.

6. Products and Product Information

All catalog descriptions, material specifications, paper weights (GSM), substrate characteristics, finish samples, and visual representations displayed on our website or marketing collateral are for general illustrative purposes. Due to standard industrial manufacturing tolerances, minor natural variances in paper shade, coating texture, rigidity, and substrate finishes may occur across raw material batches.

7. Custom Printing Orders

Each custom printing order is produced strictly according to the approved quotation, technical specifications (including size, quantity, paper stock, ink types, finishes, die-cuts, and binding), and approved digital or physical artwork proofs. Custom-manufactured products have no resale market and are non-transferable.

8. Customer Artwork and Content

When submitting artwork, logos, graphics, text, or digital files for reproduction, the Customer represents and warrants that:

• You own or possess all necessary legal licenses, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property authorizations to reproduce the provided content.
• The submitted artwork does not violate applicable laws, contain defamatory or illicit material, or infringe upon the proprietary rights of any third party.
• Files are prepared according to recommended pre-press guidelines (e.g., proper resolution, embedded fonts, adequate bleed margins, and appropriate color gamuts).

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Resol Enterprises against any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses resulting from intellectual property infringement claims arising from customer-provided artwork.

9. Proofs and Approvals

Where applicable, Resol Enterprises provides digital pre-press proofs (or physical production proofs upon request and agreed terms) prior to production commencement. Customer proof approval is final and binding.

The Customer is solely responsible for meticulously verifying proof text, layout, spelling, dimensions, color separations, margins, and finishing details. Resol Enterprises shall not be held liable for any typographical, graphic, or dimensional errors once the proof has been approved by the Customer.

10. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submission of an order through the website, email, or formal purchase order (PO) constitutes a commercial offer to purchase. An order is officially accepted and binding only after Resol Enterprises issues a formal written order confirmation, verifies artwork readiness, and confirms receipt of required payment or advance deposit.

11. Pricing

Prices quoted on the website or via custom estimates are determined based on order quantity, materials, customization complexity, finishes, pre-press requirements, and current raw material costs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are quoted exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), freight, loading/unloading charges, and special packaging fees, which will be itemized on the final tax invoice.

12. Payments

All custom printing orders require full payment or an agreed advance deposit prior to pre-press and production commencement. Payments may be made via verified payment gateways, electronic bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), or other authorized corporate payment channels.

13. Discounts

Any commercial discounts, volume tier rebates, promotional rates, or trade discounts are granted at the sole discretion of Resol Enterprises based on order volume, customer category, or explicit agreements. Discounts may be revoked if payment terms are breached.

14. Production

Production timelines commence only after the formal receipt of: (i) the required advance payment or order confirmation, and (ii) final, unambiguous written approval of digital or physical proofs. While we make every effort to meet projected schedules, estimated manufacturing lead times are indicative and subject to operational variables, raw material availability, machine maintenance, and curing/drying requirements for specialized finishes.

15. Delivery

Deliveries are executed via third-party logistics partners, express couriers, or dedicated freight carriers. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly contracted with fixed timeline guarantees in writing.

Resol Enterprises is not liable for transit delays, customs/octroi holds, regional transit restrictions, logistics disruptions, or losses caused by events beyond our direct operational control. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon handover of goods to the carrier or upon delivery to the designated location.

16. Order Changes and Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations must be requested in writing. Once an order enters pre-press plate imaging, paper cutting, substrate sourcing, or active machine setup, it cannot be modified or cancelled. The Customer remains responsible for the full order value plus any incurred material and setup expenses.

17. Refunds and Returns

All returns, defect evaluations, reprint assessments, and refund requests are governed strictly by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

18. Intellectual Property

All website content, proprietary UI elements, brand assets, product imagery, software scripts, and technical documentation on https://resol360.com are the intellectual property of Resol Enterprises or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Customers retain all rights to their submitted proprietary artwork and trademarks.

19. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or printing services to:

• Order the reproduction of counterfeit currency, fraudulent identification, unauthorized government credentials, or forged legal documentation.
• Submit materials that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, or copyright of any entity.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, worms, or software intended to disrupt the website infrastructure.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your corporate identity.

20. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate or link to third-party tools, payment gateways, analytics services, or courier tracking systems. Resol Enterprises does not control and is not liable for the terms, practices, security, or availability of third-party platforms.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Resol Enterprises, its proprietors, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, commercial opportunities, brand goodwill, or marketing campaign disruptions—arising out of or related to our services, printed products, transit delays, or website use.

The total aggregate liability of Resol Enterprises for any claim arising from an order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Customer for the specific printed product or batch giving rise to the claim.

Our collection, processing, and storage of business customer information and uploaded digital files are described in our Privacy Policy.

23. Changes to These Terms

Resol Enterprises reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its discretion. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued engagement following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
