Shipping & Delivery Policy

Company: Resol Enterprises Website: https://resol360.com Last Updated: September 2026

1. Overview & Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the logistics workflows, delivery schedules, freight terms, and transit responsibilities for orders fulfilled by Resol Enterprises (“Resol Enterprises”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

As a specialized business-to-business (B2B) printing and custom packaging enterprise, all consignments—from corporate stationery and marketing collateral to high-volume rigid boxes and bespoke packaging—are manufactured custom-to-order before being dispatched through trusted commercial logistics and transport networks.

2. Production Lead Times vs. Transit Time

Because our products are manufactured to client specifications, overall order fulfillment comprises two distinct phases:

  1. Production Phase: Commences only upon: (i) receipt of required advance payment or order confirmation, and (ii) final written approval of digital or physical proofs. Manufacturing lead times depend on print specifications, quantity, paper stock availability, die-cutting, embossing, foiling, lamination, and curing requirements.
  2. Shipping & Transit Phase: Begins once the finished consignment undergoes final quality inspection, is securely bundled and packed into corrugated master cartons, and is handed over to our freight or courier partners.

Estimated production dates and shipping timelines are indicative and provided in good faith. Resol Enterprises is not responsible for external delays that occur once goods are handed over to commercial carriers.

3. Shipping Methods & Logistics Partners

We partner with reputable third-party logistics (3PL) providers, express express couriers, surface cargo operators, and dedicated road freight transporters to ensure safe and dependable delivery across India:

  • Express Air Courier: Recommended for urgent, lightweight marketing collateral, urgent mockups, or sample proofs.
  • Surface Cargo & Road Transport: Standard mode for bulk custom printing, large-format materials, heavy carton consignments, and commercial merchandise.
  • Part / Full Truckload (PTL / FTL): Deployed for high-volume custom packaging runs, bulk pallets, or industrial corporate dispatches.
  • Local Hyderabad Courier / Direct Vehicle Delivery: Utilized for corporate clients and commercial deliveries within the Hyderabad and Secunderabad metropolitan regions.

4. Delivery Estimates & Coverage

We deliver to commercial addresses, offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and all major cities and states across India.

  • Local Deliveries (Hyderabad / Secunderabad): Typically delivered within [INSERT LOCAL DELIVERY WINDOW] post-production completion.
  • Major Metros & Tier-1 Cities: Typically delivered within [INSERT METRO DELIVERY WINDOW] from dispatch date.
  • Rest of India / Regional Hubs: Typically delivered within [INSERT REGIONAL DELIVERY WINDOW] depending on road transport routes and carrier connectivity.

Please note that remote industrial zones, non-standard transit corridors, or border checkposts may require additional transit buffer days.

5. Shipping Charges & Freight Terms

Commercial shipping and freight costs are determined based on the total consignment weight, volumetric dimensions (cubic volume), destination pin code, and the selected delivery mode (Air / Surface / Dedicated vehicle).

  • Itemized Invoicing: Unless an order is expressly quoted as “Freight Included” / “Free Delivery”, shipping charges and applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be clearly itemized on your official proforma or tax invoice.
  • Ex-Works / Customer Nominated Transporter: Corporate clients who maintain dedicated logistics accounts or preferred freight forwarders may arrange for collection directly from our facility upon prior written coordination.

6. Dispatch Tracking & Notifications

Once your consignment is dispatched from our fulfillment center:

  • You will receive a dispatch notification via email or SMS containing the carrier name, Lorry Receipt (LR) number, Air Waybill (AWB), or docket tracking number.
  • Consignments can be tracked directly through the logistics provider’s online tracking portal.
  • For full truckloads or dedicated local vehicles, driver/transporter contact details will be shared with your designated procurement or receiving coordinator.

7. Delivery Acceptance & Proof of Delivery (POD)

To ensure secure commercial handovers, consignments must be received and signed for by an authorized corporate representative, storekeeper, security gate personnel, or procurement officer.

  • Count Verification: The recipient must verify the total number of master cartons against the transporter’s delivery challan / Waybill / LR before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Seal Verification: Ensure that all outer cartons, security tape, and strapping are intact before accepting the consignment.

8. Transit Damage & Discrepancy Reporting

In the unlikely event that your consignment arrives with visible outer packaging damage, wet boxes, crushed cartons, or torn strapping:

  • Mandatory POD Endorsement: You must clearly note “Damaged / Crushed / Open Condition” directly on the physical or electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) before the delivery agent departs.
  • Photographic Evidence: Take clear photographs and short videos of the damaged outer cartons, shipping labels, and any affected inner printed materials before unpacking.
  • Timely Notice: Notify Resol Enterprises in writing at resolhyd@gmail.com within [INSERT REPORTING WINDOW] of delivery. Claims submitted without POD damage endorsement or after the reporting window cannot be processed with logistics insurers.

9. Customer Delivery Responsibilities & Site Access

Corporate clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate delivery addresses, valid contact phone numbers, and ensuring suitable premises access for commercial cargo vehicles.

  • Entry Passes & Gate Approvals: Client is responsible for securing necessary entry permits, gate passes, or unloading clearances required by IT parks, commercial complexes, or industrial SEZ zones.
  • Unloading Facilities: Unless labor/unloading charges are expressly contracted in writing, unloading of heavy pallets or bulk truckloads at the destination facility is the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Re-delivery & Demurrage: Incurred carrier demurrage, detention charges, or re-delivery fees caused by customer-side delivery refusals, gate lockouts, or incorrect addresses will be debited to the customer’s account.

10. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

Resol Enterprises is not liable for shipment delays or failed delivery attempts resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable operational control, including but not limited to: severe weather disruptions, floods, regional transport strikes, road blockades, state border inspections, regulatory customs/octroi audits, national holidays, or major carrier technical breakdowns.

11. Self-Pickup Option

Clients who prefer to collect their finished print or packaging orders using their own transport may do so during regular business hours at our Hyderabad facility. Please notify our team in advance to ensure your consignment is fully packed, labeled, and staged for smooth handover.
